Planning Preliminary Match Cut exercise including storyboard

As part of our Preliminary Match Cut exercise, we have used a storyboard to plan out the camera shots, actions and the dialogues that we have to say and use.

For the first shot we used the over the shoulder shot as the student was walking down the corridor. Then we used a mid shot of the student knocking and leaning at the door then this was followed by a match cut and close up of the hand opening the door. Again, a used of match cut entering and closing the door with a use of long shot. As the teacher looked up and said her first dialogue we used a mid shot, then this was followed by another mid shot of the student sitting down on the chair. Throughout the conversation between the teacher and student we mostly used a shot/reverse shot and mid-shot. Towards the end we used a match cut between the clips of the student getting up from her chair and then approaching the door to exit. Again this was followed by a mid shot and close up of the teacher saying her last dialogue.
